A memorial plaque dedication offers a meaningful and eternal way to honor the memories of our beloved departed, reflecting the deep and lasting impact they have on our community and in our hearts.

Each plaque is carefully engraved with your loved one's English and Hebrew names, along with their date of passing.
Families will receive an annual Yahrtzeit reminder. If no family member is available, Kaddish will be recited on the Shabbos before the Yahrtzeit whenever possible.
The cost for a plaque inscription is $613, which can be paid in full or through 12 monthly installments. Limited subsidies are available upon request—please reach out to the Rabbi for more information.
